Purchasing a digital copy grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and access the book for personal reading only. You may not redistribute, resell, lend, upload to file‑sharing platforms, or publicly perform/display the book without explicit written authorization. Each purchase is intended for a single individual; sharing access credentials or files with others constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

3. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing the Site. The following non‑exhaustive list outlines prohibited activities:

The book The Switch Within and any future digital products are sold via third‑party payment processors (Payhip, Ko‑fi, or similar). By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with both these Terms and the terms of service of the respective platform. All prices are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment & Delivery: Upon successful payment verification, you will receive access to the digital file(s) via the email address provided or through the platform’s download interface. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email address and to download the file within the specified timeframe.

Refund Policy: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the download link has been accessed, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. If you encounter technical issues preventing download, please contact us via the email below, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
